Today some of the team paid a visit to Kent Vision Live, the biggest business to business show in Kent. We were delighted to also make the prestigious shortlist for not one but two KEiBA awards. The company was nominated for Startup Of The Year and also Charlotte Thomsonwas nominated for Apprentice Of The Year.
Speaking just after the announcement at the event HatHats Coffee’s founder Louis Hurst said, “Being selected as a finalist in the Start Up Of The Year Award is an awesome achievement for the team who have worked relentlessly with Lisa and I to build a ‘Good Business’ we have not been trading long and to get such high recognition at such an early stage in our development is amazing. I am also overjoyed that our passion to grow and develop young people has been recognised by KEiBA however if it was not for Charlotte’s passion and personal development we would not be nominated for this award, her journey over the time she has been working with us is phenomenal”.
The awards take place at a Gala dinner on 22nd June at the Kent County Showground in Detling near Maidstone.
We just want to say a massive thank you to Canterbury College for their help and guidance with Charlotte’s apprenticeship and also everyone that has helped us on our journey this far.
Oh, here is the moment that we found out we had been shortlisted
