Pssst ... We have been offered a couple of amazing opportunities which will see us take another giant leap on our 'Good Cup Of Coffee' journey. The only issue is we need a few more lovely people to join our family like team.
At HatHats Coffee, becoming part of our team requires the right mix of training, skills and characteristics. We look for individuals who share our values and can act as ambassadors for HatHats Coffee and our various affiliated businesses. Our team members are the face of HatHats Coffee which means they deliver the fantastic service that’s made us win a few shiny awards and allowed us to grow at a phenomenal rate, even out performing our best case scenarios.
We currently have Full Time & Part Time positions at our site in Reculver. 30 - 37.5 hours per week and 8 - 16 hours per week. Oh we also have space for another Apprentice as well if you are done with the school or college thing and looking to start a career.
So what are we looking for ...
Well we must start by saying we are really, really fussy. No I mean it we are like uber picky about the people we bring in to the team as our culture is the most important thing to us and maintaining HatHats as an awesome (Award Winning) place to work is paramount to our growth and success and to do that we need the right 'lovely' people.
If you don't succeed on your first application, please don't give up and try again in a few months. There are a number of reasons why you may not have been successful but we promise you the more you persevere the better your chances of getting a job.
We don't need you to have loads of experience, we look for attitude over experience all day long. We believe if you have the right attitude we can teach you the skills.
You must be prepared to work weekends - if you are applying for the full-time role you could be rota'd on any day of the week as we are open 7 days per week. If you are going for part time work we can be flexible around weekday commitments but would need you to work some weekend shifts.
We also need you to obsess about our customer service and satisfaction as much as we do. We know if we get the right people this will be hard wired into your DNA but we pride ourselves on our customer feedback and service offer.

Oh, our site in Reculver is a bit out in the sticks with limited accesses by public transport, we would say you need o do your research and be sure you can get there before applying. Ideally you would drive and have your own car!
